About Me

I’m Julie, lover of wine and addict of anything Agatha Christie. I belong to the rather large group of ‘always wanted to write’ authors who finally found the time to sit down and put pen to paper – or rather fingers to keyboard. I can think of no better way to spend a weekend than a walk by the River Avon with my husband and two dogs, followed by a murder mystery and a cup of tea (or a glass of wine) surrounded by views of rolling fields and pear trees. Bliss!

I wrote my first book purely for fun and was so delighted to find it was being read and enjoyed by so many people that I decided to would carry on writing.

I feel I must point out that Did I Mention I Won The Lottery? is a complete work of fiction. I did not in fact wake up one morning to find several million pounds in my bank account and forget to mention it to my husband, even though he now asks me on a daily basis if I have anything to tell him!
